Ingredients:
1 kg meat (chicken, beef, or lamb), cut into pieces
2 onions, finely chopped
2 cups yogurt
1 cup cream
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt, to taste
Oil, for cooking
Chopped fresh coriander, for garnishing
Instruction:
1. Heat oil in a large pot or deep pan. Add cumin seeds and fry until they start to sizzle.
2. Add onions and fry until they turn golden brown.
3. Add meat and fry until it is browned on all sides.
4. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Fry for a few minutes until the spices are fragrant.
5. Add yogurt, cream, and coconut milk. Stir well to combine.
6. Cover the pot and cook on medium-low heat for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender and cooked through.
7. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
8. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve hot with rice, naan bread, or roti.
