Fried Fish Recipe

Fried Fish

Fried fish is a popular dish that involves coating a fish fillet with flour, breadcrumbs, or cornmeal, and then deep-frying it until crispy and golden brown. Different types of fish can be used for frying, such as cod, tilapia, catfish, and salmon.
To prepare fried fish, start by seasoning the fish with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings. Then, coat the fish in a mixture of flour or breadcrumbs, shaking off any excess. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or fryer, and carefully add the fish to the hot oil. Fry until the fish is crispy and cooked through, which usually takes about 3-5 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish.
Fried fish can be served with a variety of sides, such as french fries, coleslaw, or tartar sauce. It's important to remember that fried foods are high in calories and fat, so it should be consumed in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
