Chicken Cutlets Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 pound ground beef or chicken
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup minced onion
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef or chicken, bread crumbs, egg, minced onion, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
2. Use your hands to form the mixture into small, round patties. You should be able to make around 8-10 patties.
3. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the patties to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Once the cutlets are fully cooked, transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
5. Serve the cutlets hot with your favorite dipping sauce, or use them as a base for sandwiches or burgers.
