Chicken Cutlets Recipe 

Ingredients:

• 1 pound ground beef or chicken

• 1/2 cup bread crumbs

• 1 egg

• 1/4 cup minced onion

• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

• 2 garlic cloves, minced

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef or chicken, bread crumbs, egg, minced onion, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
