Barbecue Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients and stir until well mixed.
2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer.
3. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to your desired consistency.
4. Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
5. Use the sauce to baste your favorite meat during grilling or smoking, or serve it as a dipping sauce on the side.
6. You can adjust the ingredients to your taste, adding more or less sweetness, tanginess, or spiciness as you prefer.
