Roasted vegetables are a delicious and healthy side dish that can be made using a

Ingredients

* Assorted vegetables (such as carrots, bell peppers, onions, zucchini, broccoli,

cauliflower, sweet potatoes, etc.)

*2-3 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Any other desired seasonings (garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, etc.)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400-425°F (200-220°C).

2. Wash and chop your vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
