Curry is a dish that is popular in many parts of the world, especially in South and Southeast Asia. It typically consists of a sauce or gravy made with a blend of spices, often including turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder, which is then combined with vegetables, meat, or seafood. The specific ingredients used can vary depending on the region and the recipe, but common additions include onions, garlic, ginger, coconut milk, and tomatoes.
